our comments

This restaurant is inspired by the myth of The Phoenician Prince Cadmus. It sits at the highest point of Circular Quay, with views of the Sydney Opera. "Chefs Jason Carroll from Ireland and Elly el Saddie from Lebanon, work closely together creating classical Eastern Mediterranean flair." The restaurant combines Modern Australian cuisine with Eastern European. Sample menu items include John Dory Gravalax with sea scallops, confit pork neck, Yarra Valley caviar & marscapone and Seared Redgate Quail stuffed with foie gras & spinach, on cumin spiced cauliflower puree & with cognac infused muscatels.
