Considered by many to be the greatest chef in Sydney, Chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s restaurant is hard to find a table in because it is so popular. With a very relaxed atmosphere and an excellent wait staff, you’d be hard pressed to find someone who didn’t enjoy themselves after spending an evening here. However, the ambiance really takes a back seat to the food, which can only be described as incredible. A mix of Western and Eastern stylings and a constantly changing menu leave diners hailing Wakuda a genius and for good reason.- October 2004
