Lugarno Seafood

Waiter forgot my order, then forgot to serve me another drink. After re-ordering was asked to move tables to accomodate a group of others. After 100 minutes, I asked for drinks bill as I was not wasting any more time. Useless chef brings food, I told him im not interested now and will leave. Manager then lets me leave with no charge. WHAT A JOKE, NEVER AGAIN!
