We were at the restaurant on Valentine'say.

The food was well presented and very enjoyable. Our English waiter was very experienced and extremely competent and nothing was too much for him. He was warm but not familiar. However, we found the tables did not fit the calibre of the ambience; makeshift cheap tables like those would be more appropriate for a another type of restaurant; the music tape was stuck for a while before someone realised and the coffee took forever to arrive as well. We waited 35 mins after instructing another waiter and reminding him. With a view like Sydney Harbour I guess the ambience does not need too much more!
